The Netherlands-Uganda Trade and Investment Platform (NUTIP) successfully held its Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Annual Dinner, bringing together members, partners, sponsors, and distinguished guests to reflect on the year and strengthen collaboration.
AGM Highlights
✔️ Approval of the 2024 AGM minutes, Annual Report, and Financial Statements
✔️ Adoption of amendments to the Memorandum & Articles of Association, including the introduction of new membership tiers and clarification of corporate-only membership
✔️ Outlook and reflection on the 17 NUTIP activities/events for 2025
We were pleased to welcome Mark Dieleman from Dieleman Potatoes to the NUTIP Board, and we extend our sincere appreciation to Sjaak de Bloois for his remarkable service and contribution.

The Annual Dinner opened with welcome remarks from the NUTIP Chairperson, Martijn Harlaar, who recognised key sponsors and reflected on the year’s milestones.
The evening continued with a networking dinner, sponsor recognition, and an inspiring address from our Guest of Honour, Frederieke Quispel, Ambassador of the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Uganda, reflecting on the strong Uganda-Netherlands trade and investment partnership.
The evening concluded with entertainment and an exciting raffle draw featuring generously sponsored prizes. Congratulations to all the winners.
The Sponsor Spotlight session, led by the General Manager, Obua Odongo Sydney, recognised NUTIP_ Kampalas valued partners and featured brief remarks from sponsor representatives.
